Wine Industry Code of Conduct
The Wine Industry Code of Conduct was established in December 2008, developed by WFA and Australian Vignerons (formally Wine Grape Growers Australia (WGGA)) with support from the Federal Government's Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry.
- to establish a common Australian wine grape supply contract framework
- to provide a dispute resolution system to manage disagreements which arise over price or quality assessments.
WFA encourages all members to sign up to the Code. A (PDF) chart of the Dispute Resolution Process is available for download.
